Since the Democratic National Party does not understand I am no longer a member, there is a positive side to their many emails. It allows any Republican or Independent who reads my blog to see what the DNC is mailing to its members. Perhaps viewing the emails the DNC mails to its members will benefit the Mitt Romney for President Campaign:
1. Republicans will know what kind of spin the DNC is attempting to send its members;
2. Those reading my blog will have an opportunity, at least in a small part, to read the other side of the story concerning what Democrats are claiming;
3. Other Democrats who are considering either leaving the party or not voting for President Obama to be re-elected will know they are not alone.
Having said all of this, allow me now to share today's message from the DNC:
Donna --
This is just getting absurd.
Instead of acting on President Obama's commonsense initiatives to create jobs and strengthen the economy, yesterday House Republicans voted to repeal Obamacare. For the 33rd time.
The worst part of all of this? The fact that Republicans are repeatedly trying to repeal a law that will literally save lives.
There's one surefire way to guarantee this doesn't continue past November: by doing everything we can to ensure that President Obama and Democrats win on Election Day.
Don't give Republicans the chance to continue trying to repeal Obamacare after November. Donate $5 or more today.
Let's talk about what is really at stake for millions of Americans if Republicans are victorious in November and they gain enough support in Congress -- or even in the White House -- to actually repeal this law:
Children with pre-existing conditions would once again be denied coverage, some women would lose access to critical preventive care, and millions of seniors would lose the benefits that help pay for life-saving medication.
These advancements are just too important for us to stand by and give Republicans more chances to repeal Obamacare after Election Day.
So fight back now to ensure Democrats can win in November -- don't give Republicans another shot. Donate $5 or more today:

Jeffrey,
What does an individual have to do to alert the DNC one has changed parties because of a lack of confidence in the DNC, Nancy Pelosi and President Obama? I have responded to every message sent to me from members of the DNC, including President Barack Obama, yet no one has responded to my emails. No one has recognized my repeated attempts to tell the DNC I have left the Democratic Party, nor have they responded to my concerns.
I am going to hope you will prove the exception. I hope you will actually read my concerns and respond to them. However, if you, like all the others who sent me emails from DNC, choose to ignore this message, you should know I am posting your message and my response to it on my blog.
As to your whine about Republicans calling for a House vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act, please take note: I am one of the constituents who want to see the Affordable Care Act repealed. I believe it will cause more harm than good. Democrats state under this plan patients will not need to change doctors, but what about the doctors who cannot continue to keep certain patients because of Obama Care? The end result is the same: A patient and doctor who had a relationship will find it must end because of Obama Care.
There were better plans to be considered, but Democrats were determined to push through Obama Care. Doctors, insurance companies and patients were working together to find a solution which would benefit all. President Obama and Democrats wanted to have something about which to brag, so the Affordable Care Act is approved. I understand the campaign was rising on the horizon, but Democrats should have waited.
I sincerely hope Mitt Romney is elected President. I also hope enough Republicans are elected to take control of both the Senate and the House of Representatives. I do not want to see the continuation of an Obama Presidency or Democrat leadership in the Senate. I am amazed Democrats did not understand the results of the mid-term election in 2010 when Americans showed their distaste with Democrats by voting for Republican leaders.
I must say I find it odd you would ask me to donate $5 when I have clearly and repeatedly stated I would not even donate $3 to the Democrats. I find the DNC's audacity in asking me to donate astounding.
My husband has been unemployed for over three years. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He served in the first gulf war and also in Columbia.
He is currently suffering from grand mal and minor seizures. He wanted to go to our local VA Hospital for care. As a veteran, he should have been able to do so.
Unfortunately, he could not obtain care at the VA Hospital. He was told they had so many WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War and current war on terrorism, they would have to put him on a waiting list. When he asked the length of waiting list, he was told it would be more than two years before they could see him. Obviously, veterans from the late 1980s and early 1990's are of little concern to VA Hospitals in comparison to other veterans, and yet all of the United States warmly welcomed these veterans home at the end of the first gulf war.
I heard Democrats patting themselves on the back for their work today to design an act which will give veterans more employment opportunities by giving government incentives to companies which hire these new veterans. What about all of the veterans before them, such as my husband who has been out of work for three plus years? Where is the incentive to find them employment?
What happened to the plans to obtain tuition-free community college educations for them? Many Democrats, including President Obama, were voted into office because of this promise. Unfortunately, this was the first of many campaign promises which Democrats broke, and yet they were so excited to rally around Obama Care? I find this choice made by Democrats to be an abomination.
I once believed Democrats held the interests of the middle and lower class close to their hearts. I no longer believe this to be true. I am hopeful there are many other Democrats, who like me, now recognize the Democrats are about promoting themselves, not about caring for their constituents. I will not be surprised in November when Mitt Romney wins the election because many Democrats and Independents have been so dissatisfied with President Obama and other previously elected Democrats that they voted for Mitt Romney and other Republicans.
In conclusion, Jerry, I will not donate $5 to the DNC, and I will not vote for any Democrats. I sincerely want to see President Obama defeated. I want to see both the House of Representatives and the Senate to have a Republican majority.
